Refund policy

Please read product descriptions carefully to make sure our plugins will meet your editing needs, and please make sure that you either already own an up to date version of Adobe Premiere Pro 2021-2022, or intend to purchase Adobe Premiere Pro 2021-2022 directly from Adobe to make use of our templates.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly to a nominated email address upon purchase they are therefore impossible to return. For this reason we are unable to process refunds.

- You do not know how to use the product (please contact us, a member of our team will be happy to assist you)

- You do not have Adobe Premiere Pro (you can download a 90-day FREE trial from Adobe: HERE)

- You thought the product included Adobe Premiere Pro (Please note: this is only available directly from Adobe)

- You do not have an Apple computer

- The product is not compatible with your version of Adobe Premiere Pro 2021-2022 (please update for free via Creative Cloud)

- You thought the product was for Final Cut Pro or other editing software

- You do not know how to install the product, (please follow our installation tutorial)

- You've purchased a product by accident

- You've made multiple or duplicate purchases

- You bought the product in the past and bought it again

- You paid in the wrong currency and thought the product was a different price

- A family member purchased the product without your knowledge

- You've changed your mind

- You forgot to apply the discount code

- You've downloaded the product but no longer want it but please note that you only have 30 days to request and to be entitled to get a refund

Please ensure you have read product descriptions carefully before buying, use our extensive product videos, examples and tutorials as a representation of what our plugins can do and decide whether it is the right product for you prior to purchase. 

If you are not satisfied with your product, please write to us at hi@adsrx.co letting us know how we could improve it and a member of our team will be in touch soon.

 

To prevent file sharing, each file is limited to 3 download attempts. 

However, if you run into difficulty while downloading and exceed your download limit, please do contact us at hi@adsrx.co and we will be more than happy to assist you with a refreshed link.
